3) New Bank Account with Barclays Bank PLC

A new bank account was opened with Barclays Bank Plc, Denbigh Branch, known as a ‘Community Account’ which provides:

·        No transaction charges for the life of the account.

·        Cheque book.

·        Paying-in book.

·        Debit card (if required)

·        On-line banking.

·        One, two or more signatory options.

No credit interest is paid but, if funds become sufficient, an “instant access” account is offered with interest being paid gross on the proviso that the NW Group turnover does not exceed £100,000 per annum.

The authorised signatories are Alan, Selwyn jointly, and Patrick singularly.

It is proposed that the signatories remain unchanged for the forthcoming year to avoid any unnecessary effort in arranging the changes.

4) Existing Bank Accounts with Lloyds TSB

The existing bank accounts with Lloyds TSB, Crewe Branch, were inherited from the Triumph TR Car Club. The Barclays account is perhaps more convenient at the present time and it is proposed to close these accounts, in conjunction with Barry, and transfer the balance to the Barclays Account.
